At Incutate, we believe that the best places to work include private workspaces but with a lower cost structure through shared common areas such as conference rooms, reception areas, kitchenettes, and bathroom facilities.

Our roots go back to 2007 when we launched the Tradelofts® in Glassboro, NJ. At our Tradelofts location we offer a combination of office/workshop/storage spaces in a coworking environment. In 2010 we established the Incutate brand while providing mentorship services to startup companies at Rowan University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Now, Incutate offers various types of flexible office and workspaces in our multiple locations in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia. Our workspaces are adaptable to your specific business needs from an open desk to fully customizable office suites.
